Good morning! This is day 2 for me and I made the move from Calorie Count. I'm trying to do a lot of green, raw intake... but, I fall short on a daily. Recently, I have cut out whole milk and made the switch to Almond Milk, which of course rolls over into a lot of different foods. I have cut out caffeine, eggs, flour, chicken and red meat. I would call myself "Veganish" lol Is there such a thing? I'm really looking for support, accountability and ideas to broaden my intake from the ordinary salad or dinners. Are there any other former Calorie Counters out there. Hope we chit chat soon!
