This recipe was so helpful in the beginning when I needed/wanted to fill my belly! I got it from a Hungry Girl cook book and have made it many times.

4c (1 bag) frozen broccoli
4c (1 bag) frozen cauliflower
1c onion
2c carrots
2 cloves garlic
3c broth or water
2t no salt seasoning

Cook carrots and onions in broth, add frozen veg, seasoning and garlic. Puree with immersion blender or standard blender.

So simple, so cheap and so filling.
Makes 6 99cal servings.

Hope it helps someone!

I made a green velvet soup that uses about 8 veggies. I love how simple this recipe is and low cost never hurts. I might add a couple potatoes just to thicken it up. Thanks for sharing!

Yummy! This looks delicious! I bet it would be really good with FlavorGod's Cheese Seasoning (which allows me to have the flavor of cheese without adding a handful of cheese to my meal). There are so many others that I LOVE too that would taste good with this! Not even joking, my life has changed since I found them. If you're interested in trying them out, you can visit them using my link here (https://flavorgod.com/?coupon=SAMANTHA11AN) to save 10%! I hope you enjoy!
