All of these posts about doing the latest and greatest cleanse techniques got me thinking. Mostly wtf...but whatever....I enjoy replicating a good stomach virus as much as the next person I guess. How do y'all prep for this?

    To be fully cleansed, like when you get food poisoning, you also need a bucket.
