    Feel free to add, I've been trying to lose but am now focusing on recomp/gaining strength so I'm posting in all the forums lol; my main endgoal is overall fitness. Avid runner who lifts: I've been making gains especially in upper body.

    Any of those? Definitely into healthy eating, I prefer to keep meat low, but also try to keep bloating low and protein high, so I have had more meat recently than I am used to. Supposedly bulking a (very) little now, to see if that goes better than trying to recomp on maintenance calories.

    Never eaten fish/fowl/mammals but cant keep protein high (150gm plus) without egg whites and some whey. How do you ppl get your protein fix?
