Recomping?

I realize this may not be the best place to ask this, but I'm not entirely sure where to put it.
Where is the best place to read up on recomping and everything that goes along with it?
After years of weight loss and babies and more weight loss, I'm finally coming to a place where I'm done with losing and want to do more to shape what I have, but I have so little idea of where to start.
When I started running, I read up about it first and asked lots of questions, and that's what I'd like to do here as well.
Is there a book you would recommend? A place in the forums? A good article?
I would appreciate all the help you can give.
