I’ve noticed that there aren’t many bodybuilding vegans using MFP, so I’m hoping to contribute to others out there who are looking for inspiration, motivation, or ideas.
I normally lift weights but not for the purpose of body, but since using MFP I’ve noticed that I’m at a protein deficit. It helped me increase my protein intake which I started this week. I always log all my meals and exercises and I’m hoping to notice changes soonnn

Try pea protein for protein it's really good and high in protein and incorporating it into things like smoothies makes a really. Nice addition to the foods0
