New to working out

I'm new to working out in the wake of my ominous weight gain in the past year. I want to shed 13 kgs to be under excess fat range. I have enlisted in a gym and I bought my work out attire from Decathlon in Dubai. I will be starting my first day on Wednesday morning. I am excited and thrilled the same time. I hope 13 kgs will be easy to lose if I put strong determination and iron will. I will need your support and encouragement.

    Hi and welcome. We have the same goal, I also want to lose around 10-15 kgs. I believe we can achieve our goal in 3-4 months. Good luck on your journey!

    Good luck to you mate. yeah, we can achieve this goal. I will completely cut down on sugar and sugar products. But it's not that easy as it sounds
