I'm trying to gain weight and increase my calorie intake to 3,000 a day. I'm 117 lbs and my goal is to be at least 150... I just wanted to make a blog or whatever this is for ppl to share any tips or high calorie meals that that eat. Anything... I just need support lol

My best advice, take it slow and steady... if you gain weight too fast it is more likely to be fat, you want to make nice gradual changes and let your appetite increase vs just stuffing your face and feeling sick in a short period of time which may not be sustainable (and cause you to not keep the weight on)6
