Hello,

I’m Lash and I’m here for motivation and support. I need to lose some weight (about 20 lbs), definitely start an exercise routine and quit smoking. I had successfully quit earlier this year but picked up again after a close family member died.

I know how to make lifestyle changes...I simply got lax the past few years and getting older makes losing weight harder.

I have chronic pain in my neck and back...but I bought a Fitbit to do walking. I can also swim but I have no access to a heated pool ... too cold this time of year. I can’t afford a gym membership but I will find a way to workout at home.

    I workout at home, it's pretty simple. I used to lift weights, but now I do strictly bodyweight exercises as my spine is pretty badly damaged. I can help you with a regimen of your own if you're interested. Add me?
