Sacrificing Cals in a bulk for entertainment?

Options
Do any of you guys ever sacrifice valuable bulk calories to do an activity like basketball or football just to realize you now need an extra 1000 calories for the 2 hours you were running?

I specifically do things to increase the number of calories I can consume. A girl's gotta eat!

If I did not plan for it before the activity, you better believe I am stopping on my way home for needed fuel. Feeding these muscles is top priority.

I’m not sure how this is a sacrifice. You get to eat more!

    I've never understood why that's a problem. :)

No. I bulked a measly 2100 calories and never did cardio. I was actually hungry during my bulk.

Sure, I catch for baseball. Sometimes double headers.

Have a junk food meal, you will hit your cals easily. With that said, do not think that I am saying to eat junk food throughout the day, you still need your micronutrients and fibers, but have just one very high caloric junk food meal.

1-3 days a week I play fairly competitive ice hockey. I eat back 700 cals of that bringing me to about 4100 cals for that day. I eat several pb sandwiches, a pint of halo top, protein bars, cereal. it's really no problem for me. huge appetite

Go for nutrient dense foods. Peanut butter for fat, protein powder for protein (guess?) and waxy maize starch for carbs, with just a shake you can make up most of the extra calories.
