21 Down!

I had to share this somewhere- this morning I am down 21 pounds, from 249 to 228. I’d gained a lot in 2016, which was such a hard year. I finally got my head together in November and started running again. So, so happy. I’m looking forward to continuing to run and getting faster! I was also able to clear out the garage enough for my power rack and can’t wait to lift again. Yay!
