Good morning everyone! I've been working out for 4 days straight now. My whole body is sore...lol. I'm not sure if I can keep going? Any suggestion?

    Welcome!

    If you've just started working out there is no need to do it as often as you do. 3-4 days per week is plenty, and you should add a day of rest between each workout.

    What kind of workouts are you doing?
