Weight loss? Maintenance? Life changing healthy habits? If you are looking for sanity and accountability, the UAC is a great place to be. It all seems so simple, yet so few wind up as Winner's Circle Qualifiers. All it takes is the accountability to do these simple, thoughtful things: Everyday...Track every bite, lick, and taste; intentionally exercise no less than 20 minutes; consume fewer calories than your limit; and only 'cheat' or Pass for 3 or less days per month.

    No judging, no weight or pound words, this really is a great challenge, I have got so many passes for March but I am still at it, it really is habit forming!

    March has been not so good for me too, but I keep on doing what I need to do and checking in. It’s a great group and we’re worldwide!
