Hi guys! I posted a before and after a few months ago, and I wanted to post some more to give myself some motivation lol. To be brief, I gained weight and lost in college, and after college it was a constant battle. I always thought of myself as an active person, but it wasn't until I really LEARNED how to eat did I see the best results.

Before at about 183-ish

My wonderful husband and I on vacation in Jamaica in July!! (I think a six pack was trying to peek through, but I lost some motivation after vacation lol)

    Thanks guys!! My regime (before I slightly fell off of the wagon) was Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones dvd three times a week, a mix of step aerobics and Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvd (another killer dvd).
