Am i eating too much

Hello,
I am 24 year male, 5 11', weighing 172. Currently on a bulk. My BF% is hovering around the 17% mark. for the last week i have been aiming for a 3000 calorie daily intake. my macro break down is 60 15 25 (carbs, fats, protein).

    You should establish what your actual maintenance calories are prior to bulks. That way you maximize lean mass gains while minimizing fat gains. Generally speaking, surpluses should be between 250-500 calories.

    Aim for 1-1.5g of per lb of body weight and fill the rest in with carbs and fat, if you are gaining too much bf too quickly lower carbs and up protein, you have to find what works for you.
