I still have 26 pounds to go to make it to my goal weight, but I was amazed at the results I got in just 30 days from BeachBody's Hip-Hop Abs and Shakeology!

For context, I've been tracking my food for over 130 days but only weighing in since January. In that time, I've lost 7 lbs and 11 inches.

    I loved Hip-Hop Abs, though I found doing the program as described a little boring sometimes. I'd switch it up on a second run-through!
