i don't eat junk food, sweet, bread etc but i still cannot lose weight...

But how much are you eating of what you are eating? Too many calories = no weight loss.0

Then you're probably not eating at a calorie deficit. Do you weigh and measure your food and log everything?0

Doesn't matter what you eat, what matters is the calories. You could eat the right amount of calories of just junk food, sweets and bread and lose weight.0

Step one - weigh yourself.
Step 2 - decide your goal weight
Step 3 - using MFP, work out your daily calories
Stp 4 - weigh EVERYTHING and count EVERYTHING - weigh cereal, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, NEVER think "oh, its only one sweet" (one chocolate is 45-50 calories), even a cup of tea with milk adds 15 calories or so.0 -
