Nobody can answer that...it will depend on how generally active you are as well as exercise, etc...

My BMR is between 1700-1800...my maintenance calories with all of my other activity (day to day stuff + exercise) is between 2600-2800 at the moment...it is in excess of 3,000 calories when I'm training for a cycling event.

Your total energy expenditure has a lot of variables and isn't some set number...it changes with your activity.

Nobody knows this. Love, we don't know how far you walk, what the terrain is like, and what you do for the rest of the day. Why do you expect us to know this? This is the same as asking if 'so many moles are normal' without knowing how many you have, if they run in your family and other things.

I walk for 3 hours..now pls tell me how much i burn

    you posted this yesterday

trying to lose a pound a day is not healthy... you wont get any different responses today....

    This.

You will NOT lose 1lb per day unless you're new to weight loss and/or low carb dieting. In that case, fast weight loss in the beginning is always water weight and very little/no fat.

After that, it is impossible to lose 1lb per day unless you're morbidly obese...

Why not put your stats and whatnot into a TDEE calculator for maintenance...that will give you a reasonably good estimate of your total energy expenditure...ie how much you burn in a day.

And yeah, if you're trying to lose a pound a day, that's pretty much mathematically impossible...

You shouldn't be eating beneath your BMR.

BMR stands for Basal Metabolic Rate and that is the amount of energy your body needs for your vital organs if you do nothing and stay in bed all day watching TV. We're talking about your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, etc here.

Your total calorie expenditure per day is the total of BMR PLUS your actual activity through the day.

To lose weight safely, you should eat a bit less than your total calorie burn a day, but more than your BMR.
