Walmart order
I just started yesterday and didn’t have time to go to the store. I placed a small Walmart order and had it delivered to my work so I could make a salad to open my eating window.

Record for Signing In??????
Way back in December 2012, our youngest son had a major surgery at Mayo Clinic, Rochester. On the way home he commented that he would like to see both my wife and me live a lot longer by losing some weight and for my wife to quit smoking (She did a year ago in March). He gave me the link to myfitnesspal and suggested I try…

New to MFP
I'm 71 and have to lose 60 lbs. I've been struggling with this for so long it seems like an impossible goal. Nevertheless I am going to give it my best! Still learning to navigate around this app. I'm so glad this resource is available...it makes me feel as though I've got friends along on the journey.

Reversing T2
Hiya I am new here. I am in phase 2 of the ABL/NHS diet and have done super great losing 4 and a half stone in the 12 weeks on meal replacement however I am now reintroducing food on week 3 and moving up my calorie goal. My nutritionist wants me to maintain for a while but I still have a long way to go until my goal weight…

57 year old female, struggling here to regain pre menopause self.
Interesting how easily weight creeps up on you! I had made a decision to lose weight and now a week later I'm up 2kg. Clothes are getting tighter and motivation is waning. I am 57 years old and feel frail, stiff, sore all over and have achy joints. I don't wish to continue on like this. Today I will reset! 1. Track daily-…

Siri/Shortcuts Integration for Easy Food Entry in Myfitnesspal
I suggest adding Siri/shortcuts integration to the Myfitnesspal app. Voice-to-text functionality could be used to add general meal notes to the food log, allowing users to quickly capture basic details of their meals without immediate detailed entry. This would alleviate the challenge of remembering or recalling meals,…

Starting over, under, and in between!
I keep getting in this rut of starting something new, giving up, finding something else, getting excited about that, and then giving up again. I have spent so much money on different plans and subscriptions. I would like to simplify everything. I started yesterday and had two donuts after church. I logged them and then ate…

Not able to loose weight ?
"Despite exercising daily for an hour, adopting intermittent fasting for the past three days, and maintaining a balanced diet with occasional homemade junk food, my weight remains unchanged at 69.70 kilograms. Any insights into why I'm not seeing any weight loss progress?"

Delete Duplicate and Incorrect Foods
The number of duplicate and incorrect entries across all food types is staggering, and the problem continues to build, making it more and more difficult to log food accurately. It would be great if MFP would make moderating and/or cleaning up duplicate and incorrect food entries using an algorithm a priority.

How do you stay on plan when you travel?
I travel frequently for both work and fun. I'm finding better ways to manage exercise and eating but am always looking for advice or best practices from others. What are ways that help you stay on plan when you travel? And do you track food while on the road? A few of mine: - Find Hotel near running trail or close to my…

Volume Eaters Thread
I have recently come to the conclusion that volume eating is best suited for me. Eating mainly vegetarian means I can eat copious amounts of food and stay in my calorie goal. Are there others out there who do the same? Let's exchange ideas. Here is what I ate today: Breakfast, large shake with 2 cups spinach, almond milk,…

Coming back to weight loss, need friends for tough talk and support.
Hi I lost over 5 stone about 3 years ago using a rival food logging app (take a guess which one) but let myself slip massively and put back on 6.5 stone since then, i made an active decision to start losing weight and get fitter after being barely able to walk due to altitude and lack of fitness on a recent ski holiday, so…

Collapsible ingredient options for recipes/meals while in food diary
I've noticed some suggestions hinting to something similar, for me personally when I'm cooking sometimes I would find it easier if I want to check items in a recipe while in the food diary for a collapsible ingredient option. I.e. to check what's in the ingredients without needing to change anything. Alternatively for the…

1600 calories a day
Hello 👋 I started doing 1600 calories a day this past Monday. I want to see people who have done this how long did it take for you to see results? I work out 5 to 6 times a week.

Food Database / Ingredient search
I know other people have mentioned it (and you have a need to make money as a company) but having access to barcode scanner as a free user would be extremely helpful and probably cut down on the multiple incorrect and duplicated food entries helping to resolve issues with the current crowdsourced food database and reduce…

separate servings from nutritional information per xx and trace amounts
I've noticed a lot of people tend to put in the serving size as whatever is stated as the nutritional information per weight i.e. 100 grams when a serving is 25 grams so having a separate serving size from what the nutritional informations is stated in i.e. per 100 gram would be useful i.e. being able to input the…
