Lost 35 lbs but still have stomach
Hi, I have lost almost 35 lbs in 3.5 months but I still have belly fats. Although my waist is now 33 inch from 36 inch but belly fat is still there......I was 220 lbs and now I am on 185 lbs with 6'0 height. Any suggestions?????
