Lose 10 pounds in APRIL

Hello all,

I know this is an aggressive goal, especially for some of the skinnier people this is actually a lot and unnecessary at this rate of losing. This challenge is for people over 200 pounds (like me) who are losing quicker and easier, especially in the beginning. Our goal should be to lose approximately 2.5 lbs per week. I have set to achieve this for myself by eating at 1000 calories deficit per day (totaling 7000, losing 2 lbs of fat per week) plus some moderate/light exercise 2/3/4 times a week. For this extra 0.5 pound, you need to burn 1750 calories which should not be too hard. Of course, you can create your own game plan and follow it the way you think best works for you.
Please enter your current weight and let's see who succeeded in losing 10 pounds on May 1st :)

    Jamesha100, the 10 lbs difference will make A LOT of difference, even though it will not be visible. I lost 15 pounds so far, no major difference in the way I look but I PROMISE you that you will feel much better. I sweat less, I am less irritable, work more, less sluggish, more endurance in the gym.
