    It's true, I AM NUTS & I want to be nuts in a bikini this summer ;)

    Since I didn't see the march challenge yet, I did plank, left and right side plank, side crunches, crunches, sit ups, push ups, scissers, bicycle.
    Start regular challenges tomorrow.

    I love the first few days of these challenges when you feel immortal, rather than by the end of the month when I'm praying I live to see another day!

    Overall inches lost 11 3/4 in.

    I'm doing the abs, thighs, extra and the icing on the cake challenges all mo. Soo good bye more inches. Good wrk everyone and good luck in march.

    Sometimes when I feel I'm not progressing anymore, it really helps to go back and look at what I've already achieved. It tends to put things into perspective and makes weeks where I feel I have no losses, no progress, nothing a lot easier to bear. I know what I can do and I'm damned well going to keep on doing it :smiley:

    I can do 8 push-ups (well if you squint and close an eye to the fact that I'm not going down nearly as far as I should :wink: ) when I do them modified. Me thinks I might even manage those 10 unmodified ones by the end of the months

    Day 3 ab challenge and arm challenge, extra challenges. Exepted I won't be doing the burps yet. Done
