I'm in for taking measurements. But no pictures for this grandma. Everything on me had gone south! Sorry, sorry that's bad, lol
I'm in for the arm challenge. I want to do the abs too but I have too many challenges going, lol

Update: I'm going to try the ab challenge too. I might print out both challenges to hang on the fridge to keep track! My husband calls me, CRAZY GRANDMA!

Alright. I will do my measurements and pics as soon as I get home today. I'm currently at my volunteer job. I'm looking forward to doing...abs, thighs, and arms. I wanna rock it out of the park and finagle into my shorts by summer. I want to be able to wear my new capris, I never was able to wear them. I have had them for two years now! I'm doing this. I am not going to look back and say, "If only." No more. No more if only or maybe I should have. I'm going to push it and knock this fat into my past, toss it into a bottomless pit and get rid of it. As the saying goes, I'm not losing weight; I am getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again.6

Sometimes when I feel I'm not progressing anymore, it really helps to go back and look at what I've already achieved. It tends to put things into perspective and makes weeks where I feel I have no losses, no progress, nothing a lot easier to bear. I know what I can do and I'm damned well going to keep on doing it2 -

I can do 8 push-ups (well if you squint and close an eye to the fact that I'm not going down nearly as far as I should ) when I do them modified. Me thinks I might even manage those 10 unmodified ones by the end of the months2 -
