    Good thing I picked a lowish weight for the biceps curls. Not sure how I would manage the volume at the end of the month other wise!!!!

    Yes, please take care of yourself first. Don't worry about the pounds right now and focus on getting you better. You can focus on the weight later when you are better. We'll be thinking about you!!

    Oh dear! Please take care of yourself! Give your body time to heal (especially with as many meds as you seem to have been given) and don't try to rush recovery.

    Today is supposed to be rest day, but I usually do Saturday as a rest day, so I'm doing Saturday exercises today.

    Hey ladies.. I'm back - after a few months off... loads of excuses... lots of eating, drinking, celebrating and distress... it's been a bit of a rollercoaster year so far but really want to jump back in.

    I've set my alarm early in morn and I'm posting now to make myself accountable!!
