    That's what I'm telling myself. The volume at the amount of reps where I've caped it is still a killer (especially for the curls, since I refuse to lower the weight on those :tongue: )

    I'm having a rough go of it. I think I've just been too stressed this year and it finally caught up. I'm still checking the threads and still logging (no matter how bad I'm being), but I think I just needed a break. I've taken away the obligation to work out 1st thing in the morning for the week and hoping that helps me get my motivation back. I'll rejoin and do what I can when I get back at it. Happy hump day!!
