I did my measurements this morning.
Left arm -2 1/2
Right arm -1 1/4
Bust -1 3/4
Waist -3
Hips -1 1/2
Left thigh -3/4
Right thigh - 1/2
Left calf - 1/2
Right calf 0
Overall inches lost 11 3/4 in.
I'm doing the abs, thighs, extra and the icing on the cake challenges all mo. Soo good bye more inches. Good wrk everyone and good luck in march.3 -

Sometimes when I feel I'm not progressing anymore, it really helps to go back and look at what I've already achieved. It tends to put things into perspective and makes weeks where I feel I have no losses, no progress, nothing a lot easier to bear. I know what I can do and I'm damned well going to keep on doing it2 -

I can do 8 push-ups (well if you squint and close an eye to the fact that I'm not going down nearly as far as I should ) when I do them modified. Me thinks I might even manage those 10 unmodified ones by the end of the months2 -

I am late but I'm in for the ab challenge. The thigh one is very similar to one that I'm doing at the gym. I have a feeling if I doubled up walking would be difficult.

After last month's ab challenge, my boyfriend told me he could tell that I had slimmed down in my belly area . Thanks @MiamiSeoul for creating these!2 -
