I am late but I'm in for the ab challenge. The thigh one is very similar to one that I'm doing at the gym. I have a feeling if I doubled up walking would be difficult.

After last month's ab challenge, my boyfriend told me he could tell that I had slimmed down in my belly area. Thanks @MiamiSeoul for creating these!
