Playing catch up is going to be horrible. I was out and about on Thursday/Friday, thinking would get caught up on Saturday... I did start on Saturday (finished half of what I'm due) but not enough to count them yet. I'll be whimpering tonight when I have somewhere over 90 each push-ups and dips to do...)3 -
Attempted to catch up...50 minutes and still not there. Yikes!! Hopefully tomorrow!! Happy Monday!4

Ok, I am massively struggling at the moment and lost my mojo :-( :-( :-(

Come on friend, you can do this! I WISH I could get back to my challenges, but I spent the end of last week back in the hospital & today I began making the doctor rounds because they can't figure out what's wrong with me. Neurologist, Gastroenterologist, Rheumatologist & Allergist, here I come (and in some cases, I'll be going back for the second, third or fourth time).
The ability to exercise, be healthy & feel good is a gift. Don't waste it.

And you have every right to be proud. Part of the challenge is seeing just how far you can push yourself. It's also realizing where the boundary is which you shouldn't cross. As crossing it might cause damage that will set you back on your goals (just came back from an enforced rest because I wasn't listening to my body. It's not something to be trifled with)
You're doing amazing! I think it's safe to say that we're all proud of you for sticking it out and doing as much as your body allows.
(btw: 35 second planks are I bet it's a whole lot more than you ever imagined starting out3 -

It might not have been a wise idea to catch up 3 days the same day as meeting with my personal trainer... I'm thinking I'll be feeling it tomorrow
ETA: I've started on days 13 and 14, but not yet enough to count (roughly half done). It takes an insane amount of time to do all of those curls!

I was able to do a 70 second plank. There was a whole lot of shaking going on. My goal is to do day 17 tonight. I'm using another supplement BCAA. I wish I had known about this earlier this year. I'm not exhausted like I was last Friday. Time to get changed and head in to the gym for an easy run.4 -
