Good thing I picked a lowish weight for the biceps curls. Not sure how I would manage the volume at the end of the month other wise!!!!3 -
You all continue to inspire me! I haven't been able to begin the March exercises. I've been admitted to the hospital twice & had to call paramedics to my home after being released . . . I don't know if I've put on a couple pounds because of lack of exercise, poor diet or all the medicines that have been pumped through me over the last two & a half weeks?!?!?! I plan on starting as soon as I feel well enough - I've managed a couple short, slow walks. I've felt better the last two days

Oh dear! Please take care of yourself! Give your body time to heal (especially with as many meds as you seem to have been given) and don't try to rush recovery.

Hey ladies.. I'm back - after a few months off... loads of excuses... lots of eating, drinking, celebrating and distress... it's been a bit of a rollercoaster year so far but really want to jump back in.
