New to macros- eating way more fat than I realized
I'm new to the food diary and the concept of macros. And I am blown away that everyday so far (5 days) I'm averaging between 41-55% fat. Should I be concerned or change this up? Will this put me into ketosis?

This was recommended by a friend as a good book in general about health. I have absolutely no opinion about it, but seems intriguing. My time is very limited though, so has anyone read it? Is it worth the time and money or is it one more pseudo-science way to collect money?

I tend to rotate the same meals and I feel that I should vary my diet more. When I try a new recipe I'm often disappointed. Does anyone else do this? I'm not a fussy eater and will try pretty much anything- but I feel like a meal that I don't find really delicious is a waste of calories.

Low fat vs standard
