Hello!
I need to follow a mix of the GERD low acid diet and the Mediterranean diet. The basic fat, protein, etc levels my dietician wants me to meet each day are a little different than what is automatically tracked in MyFitnessPal. Is there a way to adjust those targets?
Thank you.
Best wishes

To change macro or micro percentages go to MY HOME > Goals
To change the type of nutrients listed on the FOOD page, Go to FOOD >Settings
You can change several nutrients on the FOOD diary, and also take a look at the printable version (on the web) accessible by the button at the very bottom of the page on the FOOD page. The printable version will track by default these nutrients:
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Cholest Sodium
So if you want you can change your main food page to track other things.0
