how important is drinking 8 cups of water?

What's the hardest time of day for you?
I work from home, and the hardest part of the day for me- foodwise- is late afternoon. I don't eat a lot at breakfast, and I rarely eat after dinner, but right about 3:00 all I want to do is munch! Ugh

Another pound that's 7 pounds in 2 weeks,might only be a pound but begining of the week i badly sprained my ankle and had bad back,needless to say not much exercise,but did little light stuff,and watched my eating and even had a treat! I've fallen in love with this place,and keep it up guys :¤) x

how many calories?????
I have read sooooo many different things about how many calories i should eat. Most say around 2000, but this site says 1460. Why the differences?

can you gain weight with to few calories?
According to this site I should be eating about 2000 cal a day with my activity level. I don't think that i have ever eaten that much in a day. Can I be doing my body more harm then good? I'm not hungry, but I have not lost any weight for a while. I'm really confussed. Any suggestions?

VP of my company asked me if I was pregnant!
Um, no I'm not. I'm just a little fat. Can you believe how stupid people can be?? I wanted to crawl in a hole and die! He only sees me once or twice a year, and I must have put on a few. But really! He did feel terrible and kept apologizing....which only made it worse. My self esteem is in the toilet.

Ok, Ive always thought that if you are hungry (stomach growling) then you are hungry and should eat something. (Healthy) But I am really hungry. A week
