Want to be bad *kitten* again not a fat *kitten* :)

11 years ago I looked pretty good with muscle after doing the P90 programs and others. Problem is food has been an issue my entire life, along with being fat. I am big boned legitimately so even at a great weight I do not fit the US guideline on the weight scale.

2014 has been the worst year of my life, from being laid off the first week of Jan (still not employed) and being the main caregiver for my dad for his home hospice care. Now I am taking care of my mom who has dementia, this is my job, but I can still carve out time for myself and exercise (as long as I quit making excuses)

2015... new year, no excuse of eating myself into another zip code! I am starting a 1 month program with Nutrisystem to kick start my new habits. This and signing up for classes at my gym M-Fri... 3 days of X Bike and 2 days of Tai Chi, along with weights each day. Sat-Sun are my do what ever I want days.

    Im calorie counting, using Fitbit and work out dvds at home for a week. Just ordered Nutrisystem for the convience and because Im getting tired of planning my meals.
