Hello All!

I am striving to ease into a healthy lifestyle and shed some of this extra puffiness!! I am 5'6" (kinda tall for a Filipina!) and 161 lbs. I've always carried most of my weight in my thighs, hips, and butt! I've yo-yo'd throughout the years and am really hoping to develop healthy eating and exercising habits without fad diets or completely carb depleting my meals! I am turning 42 this year and better late than never to work towards a healthy body! I'm looking for friends to give me that extra push, share meal and snacks ideas, and just overall fitness company! Feel free to add me! Let's do this!
