Hello, Looking for Motivation & Pals :)

Hola,
Years ago, I lost 80 pounds. I have gained weight back to due to stress, med's and not being able to train properly. I currently still teach various dance fitness classes. Great for my members but do minimum for me personally; still a great calorie burn..So I'm not knocking it. I love teaching & doing what I do but I'd actually like to look the role again. Haha.
I'm still thankful I'm not back to my pre-weight loss weight; which was about 200+ lbs. I have curves currently & I'm not ashamed of my body but I know I can be better.
The goal is to eat better again & make sure I track my calories & macro's. I'll be doing a combination of Clean eats but some not so clean eat's will be snuck in there. AS long as I follow my Macro's, that's the important thing for now. This is basically what I did 7 years ago before I knew all the terminology of what I was doing, haha.
My biggest goal will be to incorporate regular strength training in like I did years ago, going to workout classes for myself and not just teaching them. Not strength training regularly has done me a great disservice and I'd like to re-start that again! As I know weights make a huge different in physical appearance, weightloss and how many cals you burn resting.
Let's be pals! I'm a great motivator! Looking for pals with new workout idea's, Low to moderate carb meals, and friendly pals whom will not judge what I eat; though I'll be trying my best to stick to my program & eat decently.
#1! Don't judge my "Lean Cuisine Meals & various on the go boxed foods". I know they are not the best but I try to balance them & use them to make life easier but not rely on them or make they my main nutrient source. These meals helped me soooo many years ago & continue to help me.
P.S "Current Profile" is not what I look like now but it's what I'd like to get back to. I was even more lean than that but this is my goal for now.
