new to this

I am Melissa Lisenby I'm 34 I'm married w kids and disabled. I can't do a lot of exercising bc of my disability s. But I try to eat right. Any suggestions

    Do the exercises that you are able to do. NO EXCUSES!

    Hi Melissa, exercise isn't really the key to weight loss, eating at a calorie deficit is. The exercise just let's us eat more.
