Timings to eat

New to MFP would like to know when us the best time to eat meals including snacks. My breakfast starts at 7.30am then I eat every 5 hrs so my dinner is at 4.30pm. Can anyone help to put me j. A nice eating pattern do I don't feel hungry thx

    You can eat when you like - meal timing is irrelevant

    It won't really effect your weight loss when you eat just find what works for you best.

    Some people like two or three big meals and feel more satisfied that way whereas some people prefer 5 or 6 smaller meals and snacks.

    It's a personal preference more than anything. Try out eating at different times and see what feels most manageable for you.

    I eat breakfast at 7 and then a snack 2-3 hours later. Lunch about 2-3 hours later. An afternoon snack and then dinner around 6. For me I have to have a small snack between my meals so I'm not extremely hungry.

    When starting to count calories you might be constantly hungry. After about a week to week and a half your body will start adjusting and you won't feel so hungry all the time.
