Hi!
I just got my fitbit (charge hr) today, and I spent about an hour in the park with a jump rope. I did not count how many intervals I did, but I was doing about 30-40s on, and about the same off, for about 45 minutes. I'm not sure how to make this work in the fitbit. Or do I just not bother and let it calculate my calorie burn only?

No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time.
