Motivations: Remind yourself & share

Hi All! I recently set myself a 50 day challenge as I am determined to start 2016 in my healthy weight range. It also helped that I have a holiday coming up as I am going home for Xmas (Australia to Ireland) for the first family Xmas in 7 years, having not seen any family since August 2013.

Part of what I did within this challenge was document 1 motivational factor everyday to remind myself of why I was doing it.

Today is day 32/50. With 18 days to go, I am 1.7kg/3.7lb from my goal.

Some of my motivations so far have been:
- Shocking my family for the better!
- Reaching my healthy weight range for the first time in my adult life
- fitting in 3 pairs of jeans I have bought for motivational purposes (I financially committed haha!)
- Looking great in a chunky winter wardrobe
- Inspiring my mum who is struggling with her health as a result of weight gain
- Feeling fabulous amongst my less-than-supportive, overweight family

It has really helped me to remind myself of these & I'd love to hear some of yours as I head into the final stretch!
