All you need is milk and eggs. For seasoning I used salt, black pepper, some herbs, chilli and garlic.

Put cold milk and eggs into a big pot.
    Bring it slowly to heat.
It's important to stir it all the time.
After a while the eggs start to bond together.
When the majority of liquid is gone, put that mass into a towel in a strainer and make a ball out of it.
Squeeze it as much as you can until there is no water draining.
Unwrap and let it cool down.

    Enjoy.

For this one I used 1l of full fat milk and 15 whole eggs.
    The finished product was 1030g.
    So one portion of 103g = 5,3carbs/10,1fat/11,6protein

With nutrition you can play around and use skimmed milk or more egg whites than whole eggs to reduce the fat in yolks.

    Awesome!

I make that every year for Easter, using vanilla, cinnamon & a pinch of sweetener...our Slovak tradition.

It fits very well into my diet as well!
