Hey everyone, I've been on my fitness journey for around 2 years. Just over a year ago I managed to lose 2 and a half stone and the last year has been focused on keeping that weight off. I'm now trying to tone up and gain muscle. I've got all my macros worked out but Im finding it hard to feet them and still enjoy my food! So any ideas would be appreciated and also any exercise tips!
