Hi! I'm not new to MFP but I am new to the community section.
I have 4 kids, and I'm losing the baby weight from my last. Looking for other moms of 3+ kids, runners, anyone trying to lose the last 25 lbs. My main challenge is time. I have to fit exercise in around caring for a family. (2 of my kids are under 3)
I was lifting over the winter but that has taken a back seat to running lately. I eat about 90% clean, but struggle with eating when I'm stressed which is what stops me from reaching my goals. I also have an autoimmune thyroid disorder and even though weight loss is possible, it very difficult and I have no wiggle room or I gain.
Looking for friends with similar struggles to motivated and support each other!
Edited to add: I have already lost almost 50 lbs and I have done this same weight loss journey after each of my pregnancies (yes gained a lot with each baby, and I even continued running during my last) So I am looking for someone that is serious, maybe has already been losing for a while. Sorry just too many people are all gung-ho the first few weeks then have one mess up then give up. Looking for someone that is fully committed to continue until their goal even through setbacks!
