I've been 40 pounds heavier for almost a year now. I am a quitter and get bored. I do not eat weird things, have a sweet tooth, and do not follow rules well. I am looking for someone to call me on my laziness and will reach out daily as I would love to have someone to relate too.
I'm 30, married, not a runner, and love coffee/chips/chocolate.

I feel like we are kindred spirits!! where about are you? I have been procrastinating about getting back on the health track and finally started this morning. I would love to have your back and you mine cause I think it helps to go through it with people that are on the same journey and will help you remind yourself why your doing this in the first place. Thanks to the many years under my belt, I've realized that what I need to do is change my habits. Acquire new habits that will lead to weight loss and a healthier life. My road hasn't been smooth, but in slightly under 2 months I'm down 16lbs. So my "progress > perfection" approach is working for me, give it a try and be kinder to yourself.5 -
