I've been using MFP for a very LONG time and just realised that this community section exists. Clearly I haven't been making the most use out of the app. I've been going at it alone for a very long time and need some encouragement. Friends are not into all this, and family well they're a chubby bunch lol skinny isn't a norm to them. They're all feeders! I come from a big family (no pun intended) so there are a lot of fun occasions, I'd say nearly every month and of course food is always involved.

Thanks, I hope so too. I didn't look through the app much just pretty much logged my food and workouts. Glad you've done well0
