*kitten* backwards menopausal fun adhd - oh look a squirrel - needs friends!

So I just jumped right into some threads yesterday without properly introducing myself..... that would be the *kitten* backwards part. I'm 47 feel like I'm 80, menopausal (well sort of) they said I had to be free for a year and when did Aunt Flo decide to visit? 11 months and 18 days. Like REALLY? Then of course like bad company she disappeared for 3 months until she just randomly came back for a visit. Anyway - I tend to jump in with both feet and much excitement but slowly I find myself distracted by life, horses, dogs, kids ( 18 yr old and 10 yr old)..... and I forget about myself. So I need some friends to remind me that I can and will be a sexy 50 year old who can act like she's 30. I have 3 years to get there! :) High blood pressure, hip bursitis that limits the exercise and exercise induced atrial fibrillation. Could the good lord have a better sense of humor?! So - please if yer in my boat with or without the female problems (men welcome!) add me - I need it! If I were rich, I'd buy all your friendships. :) Instead I have to rely on my wit and charm.
