I did have VSG Surgery but before my surgery I lost 20lbs just by logging on MFP. I still use MFP and actually just made a new account. I’m just really excited about my weight loss SO FAR...and wanted to share.

Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG) is a type of bariatric surgery. Where they cut out a portion of the stomach.
