Hey. So, I’ve been vegan for 7 years, vegetarian for 6 years before that. I recently started using my fitness pal to track fitness and calories over the last 4 months. I’m interested in what other vegans nutrition looks like. I’m big on whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruit, & just all around healthy eating. I’ve noticed my carbs are around 300g per day, fiber is about 50-60g, and protein is 80-90g. This is on a roughly 2,000 cal diet. 5 foot 9 woman 145 pounds.
(Edited to correct amount of carbs)

My calorie intake varies throughout the year depending on what type of race I'm training for, but right now I'm averaging about 2,200 calories a day. Carbohydrates are around 280 grams, fiber is around 45, and protein is 75.

Are you sure your carbohydrates are right? Carbohydrates are about 4 calories per gram, so 500 grams a day would be 2,000 calories all by itself.

Oops you’re right @janejellyroll I meant to say 300g of carbs & I should’ve mentioned I’m set to 2030 calories but I also eat back my workout calories
