Need motivation & pals for plant based/veg for Type 2 diabetes/pcos ttc

Diagnosed with PCOS and Type 2 diabetes this summer, looking for stellar suggestions and motivation in the form of new pals, Fitbit friends, any recipes/exercise plans that have helped you with these. I really struggle with meal planning and work anywhere from 40-70 hours a week at a busy hospital.
Thinking about Barre, spin, and a good weightlifting program I can maybe do on my own at the gym my boyfriend's work provides.
