MARCH 2020 Walk/jog/run/bike/steps challenge

The challenge is too MOVE! 
YOU choose your mode of exercise. Come here as often as you can and log your progress so we can all share in that.
For several months due too a knee injury I have not met my goal.
I AM NOT GIVING UP...
MY PERSONAL GOAL WILL STILL BE 100 MILES IN MARCH. I am praying too get more exercise than I did in December, January & February...

Walking in Hospital and parking lot ..then home and walk too cemetery . Husband got too come home. All tests went well. PRAISING GOD!

Thank you! Small steps, you are doing great! I did no exercise whatsoever yesterday (unless you count hanging clothes on a line to dry). But I'm planning to get a lot of steps in today. Have a good one!1 -
