I have met my goal weight, but not my body fat percentage. I'm still over my goal by 13%. UGH!!! I am horrible with the exercise portion of this thing. Yes, I'm very busy and Yes, I'm lazy. What I need is for someone to KICK MY *kitten* into shape!
I want to lose the 13% of excess body fat by Christmas which I believe is completely doable. My problems are this.....
1. I work two jobs back to back Monday through Friday (I'm gone from 7:45 am until 11:30 pm) so I definately do not have time to organize a mini challenge group, but I can check in.
2. I actually need someone to say "Monday - 25 crunches, 25 jumping jacks, 15 minutes walking fast paced...." you get the idea
3. I need someone to look at my food diary and tell me....not so much of this, eat more of that or whatever.
4. Any challenge groups I have joined are so large that it's impossible to keep track of who, what and why... I'd like a small group of us to do this together or someone to everyday check in with me and let me know what I need to do.
If there are any body coaches out there that need to boost their ego by helping really whip someone elses *kitten* into shape or someone else like me who thinks they can run a mini challenge group for a small group (max of 20-25) of us that want to join and get this done, please friend request me and let me know. I really need the help and I need someone not to let up. I want and need to get this done! I am at 137 lbs with a 30% body fat and want to get the body fat down to about 17% and I want a rockin' body with great abs. I know...everyones dream, but help me make that a reality.
