The a href is the code to post it as a link,just right click on the pic you want and copy the address... http://assets2.sparkpeople.com/assets/quote_images/quote_39_b.jpg
Paste that in with no spaces between the [ ] [/ ] img tags and you get this

This forum doesn`t support most HTML commands,it will some but not sure which without testing.

Typically (always inside the brackets) b /b bolds the text, i /i makes it italics.

Going to try those two.
