Need a kick in the *kitten*!

I was doing well with my dieting and exercising every day, and even though I wasnt losing much weight I still was feeling good. Then I visited friends this weekend and ate terribly and have eaten pretty poorly lately and havent gone to the gym in almost a week! I need to get back on track and need a good *kitten* kicking!
